Working Toward Broadband Access, Affordability, and Education for All.
Connect the Valley (CtV) is a coalition of public, nonprofit, community, and philanthropic partners that aim to bridge the digital divide in Fresno, Madera, Kings, and Tulare counties.
Through regional collaboration, CtV aims to expand broadband infrastructure, boost digital literacy, and advocate for policy changes to ensure all Central Valley residents can access the internet for modern needs.
CtV is led by the Fresno Coalition for Digital Inclusion (FCDI), the organization tasked with meeting the broadband objectives outlined in the Sierra San Joaquin Jobs (S2J2) Regional Investment Plan.
The S2J2 initiative is funded by California Jobs First and aims to foster an inclusive, resilient, and sustainable economy that creates quality jobs and provides equitable economic access to all across the Sierra San Joaquin region. CtV’s efforts directly support the broadband goals and priorities in the S2J2 plan.
